What’s new in eControl 3.5

For eDirectory and GroupWise
eControl 3.5 introduces a new tree browser function to enhance user management. The user manage menu has been extended horizontally to provide quicker access to more options – including GroupWise, eDirectory, ZENworks, Storage Manager and Terminal Services options. M+Guardian and M+Archive administrators can now delegate the management of M+ aliases, add/block lists and policies. Bulk manage and create are both supported. Show recently managed users and more.

For Active Directory and Exchange
Do you also need to manage Active Directory and Exchange? eControl delivers the ability to manage mixed and multiple AD, Exchange, eDirectory and GroupWise systems – from a single browser. eControl 3.5 adds Exchange delivery and storage management options. Manage Terminal Services options. Bulk create AD and Exchange user accounts based on a CSV file. eControl Audit now delivers more granular reporting.

Third-party Extensions
eControl 3.5 adds extension support for SAP, Oracle SQL and other third-party systems. eControl profiles create accounts in and write data to eDirectory, GroupWise, AD, Exchange – and now SAP, HR and other SQL-based applications. eControl Self-Service enables users to reset password and other information in all systems.
